Adult Workshops

Workshops are a great way to get out of the house, learn something new, and connect with a variety of people in your community.  It's crucial for us as adults to nurture the creative parts of ourselves and expand our minds by trying new things.  And as social creatures, we need to be around other humans.  Come explore a new form of art or movement, engage in meaningful connections, and enjoy the happiness and friendships that come along with the experience.
